Go back to the main page and look at what section is underneath The Danger Zone. Yes, we have started a living archive of RogueSci.org. It doesn't look like the forum is coming back anytime soon, so we figured we would give the members here a chance to see what had been posted there. However, those viewing this with less than 5 posts or a guest will only see a Members Only message under that section. Sorry, but those archives are not something to be leeched on this forum.

Keep in mind that only a couple boards have been posted as of now. The API posting script I wrote keeps the parsing and posting of the information into a slow process. It has already taken about 10 hours of work to parse and post what you see now. Give it time, and we hope to have almost all of the former forum archived here.

now wishes he had archived it,lol

cyclo has a few websites....one about chemistry and one about mens rights.

he has a page of links,info about forums/ resources.

suppose i better ask before adding anything there....would like the info about the hive / rougesci to go somewhere.

The archive did come from a torrent. That is what has been posted tirelessly thread by thread. The current posts shown on this site were those right before RogueSci went down from what I know.

The post count needed to view the R/S archives is 25. This is only because the information provided is dangerous. We do this to weed out the lurkers that either have ill intentions or are far too inexperienced. This is all about safety. We don't want stupid kids trying anything provided. If anyone ever uses information on this site to hurt themselves or another person... I will take this site offline.

While I'm new to here I used to post a bit on R/S back a few years ago. I wholeheartedly agree that there should at least be a post count minimum. Dangerous is putting it lightly. I remember seeing some of the repercussions of those who messed up. It wasn't pretty. However can you clarify "hurt themselves"? I assume you mean intentional harm and not accidental.
