Ok try this one for size, at my works the head of IT does not know much about computers at all so much so he has to call in external experts to sort out the company servers.

Don't sound funny to you well it should as I work for a computer manufacturing firm.

Just because you know how to make them, it doesn't mean you know how to use them.
